6 - 7 p.m. Socializing
7 - 8 p.m. Discussion

Organizations using online video effectively aren't just creating great content, they're creating great strategies. It all starts with understanding why video matters to your organization and rethinking what "viral" really means. We’ll talk about how to integrate video into your communications plan, how to staff and develop videos, and how to think about distribution. Bring your questions and walk away with examples of how nonprofits are using video to extend their programs and events online, to increase brand recognition, and to create valuable content for its supporters.

Featured guests:

Michael HoffmanMichael Hoffman

Michael Hoffman is CEO of See3 Communications, an interactive marketing agency that works exclusively with nonprofits and social causes.  Michael is a leading authority in online video for nonprofits and a long-time consultant to nonprofit leaders on online fundraising and outreach strategies. Post-bubble, Hoffman founded See3 to bring together his belief in the power of the web and his passion and experience with nonprofit fundraising, advocacy, and education. He is a frequent blogger and tweeter on nonprofit marketing and is a nationally sought-after speaker on topics such as online cause marketing, web video, and Web 2.0 for social change.
